We only offer refunds for faulty items or if we cannot deliver the item you ordered. Strictly, no refunds for SALE items or 'change of mind.' We can offer a credit note in such cases.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The cost of sending the returns back is your responsibility, we also recommend that you use a trackable service as we cannot take responsibility for lost parcels.
